I told them,
I told them the truth about her.
I do not know why I did.
But perhaps, just perhaps, I'm tired of her being viewed as the light,
while I am the darkness that stray away from my roots long ago.
But then again, no matter what they think of her now,
will not change the past, nor will it morph their future perceptions.
What they hear now, they might not hear again.
That is how I feel from the tone of their voices.

I'm sitting in front of my Mac, fuming over an incident that occurred to me at uni today. The reason to that is all because of you! Yes, you, young woman with your ridiculous American accent (Not that you're American, anyways!) and who kept pestering me to do the Comp Org test for you just so you could pass it. You failed thrice and has now been given a fourth chance...My advice to you? Just practice the quizzes and exercises that our tutor gave us. The test questions have similar pattern to those. Yes, do them for god's sake, instead of leaving those papers unscribbled and untouched! And today, you asked me again whether or not I could give you a hand on the test...All I can say is no. Reasons are as the following:
1. I could give you a hand, guide you through but NEVER ask me to complete the test for you! You're more like using me instead of seeking for my help. In addition to that, you'll never get to learn if you keep relying on others to do things for you.
2. I do not want to land in serious shit just because of you! Don't think that the uni administration would let us off the hook just like that and I'm not going to get my name on the bad books.
3. You NEVER treated me like a friend, anyways! And yeah, about today when I told you that I have an appointment at 2.30 pm and that I can't help you out then, you really don't have to make a huge fuss over that to your fellow bitches behind my back. ("Oh , she says she has an appointment at 2.30 pm" *Rolls eyes*). Well yeah, that's the truth...I really had to go for an appointment. So, could you do me a favour and quit rolling your eyes before they get stuck in between your sockets? If it does happen to you (how interestingly "shocking"), you can never do your weird eye-rolling thing again whenever you start bitching around. One more thing before you start jumping to conclusions, thinking that I am a nasty, selfish bitch...I'd rather have an open enemy than a fake friend and YOU are NASTY and SELFISH as well! You only tag along when you need help. Frankly speaking, woman, life doesn't work that way and I would highly recommend you seeking professional help if you think that it does and that the world revolves only around you!
Phew! Okay, enough of that entry but I feel so much better now after lynching out at her. Grrr...Yes, yoga class is a must for me tomorrow! With pleasure,

And so, I finally unlock my Xanga...It's been quite some time since I've gotten into trouble with my family (AND my EXTENDED family) for blogging here and so I guess it's high time that I turn over a new leaf, staying out of more issues ahead.
Although, I can't help but feeling a little pissed-off today about my 2nd programming assignment. Well, we are required to write a program to find out what were prime numbers and their examples. Being a newbie in this field (despite having studied IT before during my senior high...), it took me quite some time to figure out the right coding for this program. Though, I managed to pull through this problem. And so, today, while I was flicking through the pages of my textbook, I came across an EXACT coding example. Well, obviously, it varied more or less from my idea but my guessing is that other students would most probably have copied those code down for their assignment, saving lots of time and effort. Moral of the story? Read your textbooks thoroughly before starting any assignment! Who knows? Your assignment questions and answers might be included in those references. I've learnt my lesson and I hope that it will not repeat again...

Took the day off by shopping at Brunswick with my sis today. Bought a lovely cowboy hat for myself...Will post a picture of me wearing it soon XD We then stopped by at a cafe for lunch. Toasted bread, sunny-side up eggs with chorizo, tomatoes and olives...Call that a "wholesome" meal! But yeah, we did enjoy our meal and since the weather is more cooling today, I told myself to quit feeling guilty from indulging as I'll be able to burn off those calories easily, just by walking back home.So yeah, I'll be starting uni again tomorrow. I guess it's good for me since these lectures and tutorials at uni often motivate me to study harder at home...
And yes, I am really obsessed with my Oakley's right now...I just can't get enough of it!

Time waits for no man,
or so the saying goes...
Third month of the year is ending,
fourth, coming right up.
The sixth month is what I'm dreading most,
studying is all I can do, I suppose...
A break on the seventh,
a new semester on the eighth.
And yes, there I go again,
Back to square one through the yellow brick lane.
But then again, thinking of all these make my heart glimmer with hope,
for I'll be back, home sweet home, in seven months or so!- 7:43 am

It's only the first week of class for uni and I'm already loaded with assignments =S
26th March: First programming assignment due.
14th April: First Computer Organization assignment due.
16th April: First Database Concepts assignment due.
17th April: Second programming assignment due.
30th April: Second Computer Organization assignment due.Attended my uni's O-Week Orientation festival yesterday. Many cool booths were set up in conjunction to that event and lots of freebies were given out to us. There was also a booth that gave out free henna tattoos but I did not opt in for that after thinking of the family dispute I had made last year regarding my tattoo. So, I just collected some student discount vouchers and other freebies before I left for my Math lecture.
Yeah, I did enjoy that event despite not being able to spend more time over there. Though, I am sad to say that I have lost the "four-leaf clover angel pin" Jon gave me during the festival
The pin was on my sling bag but I guess it fell off while I was making my way through the crowd at that time...I have been thinking of getting another similar pin to replace it but its meaning would be lost by then. To add on my misery, I just found out that the Irish Shop which sold this type of pin at Melbourne Central has closed down
I do not know where else I could go to find a replacement but I'm sorry about that Jon...I didn't mean for that to happen- 8:14 am
